- Manage or monitor service desk incidents of ERP Business Analyst queue
- Handle first level support for all enterprise applications.
- Participate in end-to-end operational support and project delivery related activities.
- Exposure to JD Edwards and many other cloud-based applications.
- Develop skills for business requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, testing, training and solutions delivery.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $18.00- $22.00 per hour
Our growing e-commerce company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting with order processing, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
