Job Description:
As the Operations Coordinator for every Hello! department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of corporate events from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and coordination of events, managing logistics, and executing marketing strategies to promote our events.
Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution: Collaborate with various departments to coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.

Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote corporate events, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional materials.

Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to assess potential venues, ensuring they meet the specific requirements and standards of each event.

Budget Management: Support the team in managing event budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with financial goals.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the event planning process.

Post-Event Analysis: Assist in collecting feedback and analyzing the success of events to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
