This role is pivotal in supporting our comprehensive communication plans while actively engaging with the community to enhance our brand’s visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the creative production of marketing materials in print, video, and digital formats, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Foster community involvement through impactful campaigns and initiatives, building strong relationships that enhance our brand presence.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in journalism, marketing, and public relations to ensure cutting-edge communication efforts.
• Lead project management efforts for all creative productions, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality standards.
• Analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to optimize engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or media/public relations.
• Proven track record of managing creative projects from conception to execution.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in digital media tools, graphic design software, and video production techniques.
