Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Communications Manager to lead our communication efforts across various platforms, including print, video, and digital formats. This role is central to executing our strategic communication plans and enhancing our brand presence both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in journalism, marketing, or communications, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Production Management: Oversee the creative production process for all communication materials, ensuring high-quality outputs across print, video, and digital media.
  • Strategic Communication Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with organizational goals and community involvement initiatives.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and amplifies our messaging.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining budget constraints while ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Community Engagement: Foster connections with community stakeholders, leveraging our communication efforts to enhance our community involvement and foster positive relationships.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and improve outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or media/public relations.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse creative projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
