Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Internal Communications Specialist to enhance our internal communication strategies using our intranet, internal email systems, and digital screens. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning and executing both internal and external campaigns aimed at engaging our workforce and promoting key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for the intranet, internal emails, and digital screens to effectively communicate important messages and support ongoing campaigns.

• Campaign Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute internal and external campaigns. Ensure that messaging is consistent and aligns with overall organizational goals.

• Participation in Meetings: Contribute to brainstorm sessions and content planning discussions, sharing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance internal communication efforts.

• Weekly Planning: Attend weekly look-ahead meetings to track upcoming campaigns and communication needs, ensuring all materials are produced and delivered on schedule.

• Audience Engagement: Analyze audience engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
