Job Title: Digital Asset Librarian Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Asset Librarian Intern to join our dynamic team. This in-person internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the production and digital marketing realms while playing a crucial role in managing our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization and management of digital assets, ensuring they are cataloged properly throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Support the post-production process by maintaining up-to-date records and tracking asset usage and distribution.
• Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure effective utilization of digital assets in various campaigns and projects.
• Participate in the digitization of new content and help maintain the integrity of our asset library.
• Learn about best practices in digital marketing strategies and asset management.

Requirements:

• A desire to learn about digital marketing and production processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with digital asset management software is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
