Job Title: Cross-Departmental Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Departmental Coordinator to facilitate collaboration across various departments, including Universal Creative Placemaking and Marketing. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects and initiatives align with strategic goals and are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on projects.
  • Task Management: Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across teams.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess productivity and effectiveness of cross-departmental projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smoother cooperation and address any challenges.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance team synergies and optimize project outcomes.
  • Creative Input: Work closely with Universal Creative Placemaking to integrate innovative ideas and concepts into marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive brand message.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Project Completion Rate: Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.
  • Departmental Collaboration Score: Feedback from departments on the effectiveness of communication and coordination efforts.
  • KPI Reporting Accuracy: Timeliness and accuracy of performance reports delivered to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Overall satisfaction rating from key stakeholders regarding collaboration and support.
  • Creative Initiative Success Rate: Metrics evaluating the impact of new creative concepts introduced in marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
