Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of the building, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
– Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
– Complete work orders as assigned
– Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems
– Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
– Assist with special projects and renovations as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
– Strong mechanical aptitude
– Knowledge of electrical systems and basic plumbing
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent attention to detail
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
