In this impactful role, you will lead the creation and management of proposals for transit agencies and operators worldwide. You will gain a deep understanding of our innovative products and collaborate with various internal teams. As the key link between sales, product, engineering, services, and finance, you’ll guide your team in crafting compelling bids that secure new business and drive upsell opportunities.Location// This role is available in a fully remote model for candidates based in Canada, located between the Mountain and Eastern time zones.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently metSupport the business development cycle, from initial identification of opportunities through to submission and post-tender activitiesImplement and maintain a rigorous project management approach to bid management, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of all bidsOversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of team skills and expertise for each bidDevelop and enforce methodologies and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across bids, providing clear guidance on bid/no-bid decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical, commercial, and legal components into cohesive and compelling bidsDrive continuous improvement in bid management practices, leveraging our strengths in pricing and on-time delivery to sharpen our competitive advantageBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and with partners, ensuring our bids align with their needs and expectationsManage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the bid management teamInnovate and push boundaries to help us win our “unfair share” of market opportunities.
