Job Title: Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth onboarding and execution processes across multiple departments, including Compliance, Marketing, IT, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met and that communication across departments is seamless.

Project Management: Help track project timelines and milestones, ensuring that all onboarding activities proceed as scheduled and within compliance guidelines.

Licensing Progress Tracking: Monitor and update licensing application statuses to streamline the onboarding process, identifying any potential delays and proactively addressing them.

Documentation Management: Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities, compliance checklists, and licensing documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of onboarding projects and compliance activities.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in the evaluation and optimization of onboarding processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and licenses relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
