We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
– Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
– Providing product information and pricing to customers
– Processing customer orders and returns
– Identifying and escalating priority issues to management
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
