Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support the sales and marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives.

• Collaborate with team members to prepare reports and analyze account performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in account management or a related area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
