We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Client Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with corporate clients through various communication channels, including telephone, e-marketing, and other methods. Your primary duties will include:

• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by effectively managing inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns via telephone and email.

• E-Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted e-marketing campaigns to communicate updates, promotional offers, and valuable insights to our clients.

• Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders and clients, ensuring timely and effective communication. Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and requirements.

• Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align communication efforts and enhance client experience.

Qualifications:
