Job Description: Client Experience Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will serve as the key liaison between various departments—including Contracting, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply—ensuring that our clients receive a seamless and exceptional experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to facilitate smooth communication and coordination, acting as the primary point of contact for client-related inquiries and issues.

  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing client experiences by analyzing current workflows and recommending improvements.

  • Data Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track client engagement and satisfaction metrics, generating reports to inform strategic decisions.

  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client issues promptly, liaising with relevant departments to ensure timely and efficient solutions.

  • Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in crafting messages that resonate with clients, aligning promotional activities with overall client experience goals.

  • Training & Development: Help develop training programs for staff across departments to emphasize the importance of excellent client service and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM software is a plus.
