Job Description

Position: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key responsibilities:

– Managing and organizing office operations, including filing systems, supply ordering, and mail distribution
– Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team
– Handling correspondences, inquiries, and requests from clients, vendors, and other external parties
– Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
– Maintaining and updating company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
– Providing general administrative support as needed, including answering phones, managing calendars, and coordinating office events

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
– 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
