Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and implementing test plans, performing manual and automated testing, and identifying and reporting issues and defects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products
– Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report issues and defects
– Work closely with software developers and product managers to understand project requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality
– Document and communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvements
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products
– Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in quality assurance and testing

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
– 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
– Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
– Experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
