Job Description

Electrician

Our client, a leading electrical services company, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
– Reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
– Installing electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches according to code and safety standards
– Testing and troubleshooting electrical systems to identify and resolve issues
– Performing routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure proper functionality
– Responding to service calls to repair electrical problems in a timely manner
– Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
– Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications:
– Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant trade school education
– Journeyman or Master Electrician license
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical industry
– Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
– Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service calls when needed
