Job description: Position SummaryIn this administrative position you will steward account activity on assigned clients and help take execution and efficiency to the next level. This opportunity will provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading consumer brands.Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for strategy, production, finance, and operations teams, overseeing administrative needs across various campaigns.
  • Develop and manage Asana boards to improve project workflows and team collaboration.
  • Champion the adoption and effective use of Asana, integrating it into daily operations and staying updated on its features.
  • Promote efficient use of tools and establish standardized processes for improved team productivity.
  • Ensure consistency in campaign execution, launches, and related administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal processes for optimal execution.
  • Support agencies operational processes and ensure high-level quality control.
  • Coordinate task assignment within the team, fostering a collaborative environment.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Must have strong organizational skills, be autonomous, and have great attention to detail.
  • Digital media experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Problem-solving abilities with clear communication skills.
  • Team player with effective communication skills in both writing and speaking.
