Job Description:

Speedy Signs is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kelowna, BC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include managing incoming calls and inquiries, providing information to customers, processing orders, and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answering and managing incoming calls and inquiries
– Providing information about company products and services to customers
– Processing orders and payments
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Maintaining accurate customer records and information
– Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
