Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and good problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
– Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
– Resolve customer complaints and issues
– Maintain customer accounts and update records as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
