You can still apply if you think you’re a fit.Job Requirements of Finance Manager, Transformational Projects:WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Finance Manager, Transformation Projects will provide project management oversight for a variety of projects within Finance ranging from process redesign to complex multi-year, multi-site projects. The role will be responsible for working with established project teams to plan, execute and deliver projects within established scope, timelines, and budget. This position will use a combination of highly developed communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and formal project management principles, tools, and techniques to consistently ensure successful outcomes.In this role, you will:

  • Develop project charters and business cases, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals, manage expectations, and build trust
  • Create and monitor project budgets and allocate capital & OpEx funds, ensuring financial efficiency
  • Generate progress reports and maintain project documentation
  • Advise project sponsors on business case viability
  • Ensure effective teamwork and high-quality project outcomes
  • Guide the Finance Transformation team on project implementation
  • Partner with the business technology team to align system design with business needs
  • Determine business priorities and sequence execution
  • Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues
  • Understand project interdependencies and proactively mitigate risks
  • Build strong relationships with Finance and Accounting teams
  • Champion continuous improvement towards the organizations business growth goal

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • PMP designation required
  • Experience with Clarity PPM is an asset
  • 5+ years in Finance or IT, with 3+ years in project management leading initiatives
  • Familiar with finance processes and systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in established project management practices and tools
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, positive, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills; effective at influencing and resolving issues
  • Skilled at building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders for smooth project execution
  • Highly organized with strong documentation skills
  • Understanding of change management principles and how to effectively implement change
