Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategy Analyst to join our team, focusing on our leading entertainment brands, including Oxygen, E!, SYFY, and Golf Channel, as well as our complementary digital assets such as Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, and GolfPass. This role is integral to influencing marketing, content, and pricing strategies aimed at enhancing customer retention and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, customer behaviors, and market opportunities across our brands. Utilize insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement effective marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Customer Retention Initiatives: Design and execute customer retention programs to drive engagement and loyalty, assessing their effectiveness and optimizing as necessary.

Content & Pricing Strategies: Work closely with content creators and pricing teams to ensure strategies align with customer preferences, optimizing the overall customer experience.

Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of marketing campaigns across platforms, using metrics to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including digital, sales, and product, to ensure a cohesive strategy that drives customer retention and maximizes their lifetime value.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively recommend adjustments to our strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, analytics, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for entertainment and/or sports a plus.
