Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Training Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with key stakeholders, including Patient Services Managers, field management, and the Marketing team, to identify and define comprehensive training solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our organization and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Patient Services Managers and field management to assess training needs and develop targeted programs.
• Engage with the Marketing team to integrate branding and communication strategies into training materials.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular consultations with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine training solutions.
• Utilize a variety of learning methodologies to deliver impactful training experiences.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure programs are competitive and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in training development, particularly in healthcare or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in training solutions.
• Proficient in using training management software and learning management systems.
