Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach Marketing:

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to promote community events and partnership opportunities.
  • Utilize social media and online platforms to enhance visibility and engagement with potential residents.

• Resident Retention Programs:

  • Design, implement, and maintain ongoing resident retention programs aimed at fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of retention initiatives through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Organize resident engagement events and activities that promote community connection.

• Move-In Resident Files:

  • Create and manage comprehensive move-in resident files, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Welcome new residents and provide them with essential information about community resources and events.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition for new residents, addressing their concerns and answering any queries they may have.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing, community outreach, or resident services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
