Job description: The Outreach Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining resident retention programs for a residential property or community. Responsibilities include conducting outreach marketing efforts to attract potential residents, as well as keeping existing residents engaged and satisfied with their living experience. This role involves creating and managing move-in resident files, organizing events and activities to encourage resident participation, and building relationships with residents to address any concerns or issues.
