Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing outreach marketing strategies to enhance our community presence. This includes implementing innovative resident retention programs aimed at fostering long-term relationships with our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach Marketing:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote our community and attract prospective residents.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships that enhance visibility.

• Resident Retention Programs:

  • Develop and maintain ongoing initiatives designed to improve resident satisfaction and engagement.
  • Gather feedback from residents to continuously refine and enhance these programs.

• Move-In Coordination:

  • Create and maintain move-in resident files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate move-in processes and welcome new residents with personalized communication and resources.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in marketing or customer relations preferred.
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
