Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Associate to join our team! This role plays a crucial part in the leasing process, marketing our properties, and fostering positive relationships with our residents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and possess strong communication skills, with a focus on generating new leads and maintaining high occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Management: Handle the signing of leases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through various channels and initiatives, utilizing both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
• Property Tours: Conduct engaging tours of available units and common areas, highlighting unique features and benefits to prospective residents.
• Showroom Maintenance: Maintain and present an attractive and welcoming showroom environment, ensuring it reflects our property standards and branding.
• Follow-Up: Implement effective follow-up strategies with prospective residents post-tour to encourage conversions and answer any queries.
• Resident Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that attract new residents, utilizing tools such as social media, flyers, and community events.
• Reporting: Assist in tracking leasing metrics and providing feedback on market trends to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital tools.
