Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Operations: Manage the complete leasing process, including the signing of leases and ensuring a seamless transition for new residents.
• Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through various marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives.
• Property Tours: Conduct compelling property tours for prospective residents, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our community.
• Showroom Maintenance: Keep showrooms and model units clean, inviting, and well-maintained to create a positive first impression.
• Resident Relations: Maintain strong relationships with current residents to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and current residents to nurture relationships and encourage leasing decisions.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
