We are seeking a motivated and friendly Leasing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering positive resident relations and supporting the overall leasing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Marketing: Implement and utilize effective marketing strategies to attract potential residents and drive traffic to our properties. Stay updated on market trends to adjust marketing efforts as needed.
• Lease Management: Oversee the lease signing process, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Showroom Maintenance: Keep show rooms in pristine condition, showcasing available units to potential residents. Collaborate with maintenance and janitorial staff to ensure visual appeal and cleanliness.
• Resident Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and helping to cultivate a community-oriented atmosphere.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to encourage leasing decisions and maintain ongoing relationships with residents to facilitate renewals.
