As the Marketing and Leasing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our property by executing comprehensive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. Your primary focus will be to achieve and sustain occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee effective marketing plans that promote the property’s brand and attract potential residents.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing strategies to enhance visibility and occupancy rates, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
• Execute leasing initiatives that facilitate the conversion of leads into successful tenancy agreements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches and reach targeted demographics.
• Collaborate with the property management team to enhance resident experience, fostering strong community engagement and increasing retention.
• Monitor occupancy rates and revenue performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet established goals.
