Job Title: Marketing and Market Analysis Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Market Analysis Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting monthly market surveys and performing in-depth analysis to assess competitive positioning and pricing strategies for our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Surveys: Conduct and complete monthly market surveys to gather data on competitive apartments, pricing, amenities, and occupancy rates. Analyze findings to inform strategic decision-making.

• Advertising and Marketing Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of effective advertising and marketing strategies to increase property visibility and attract prospective residents.

• Online Marketing: Ensure that all online marketing sources, including Craigslist and other platforms, are updated daily with current information, promotional content, and property listings.

• Resident Relations: Promote positive relations between management and residents through effective communication and engagement. Address resident inquiries and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and retention.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to ensure alignment with marketing goals and initiatives, providing insights from market analyses to shape strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, real estate, or property management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
