Job Description: Marketing and Market Research Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Market Research Assistant to support our team in various initiatives. In this role, you will assist with the completion of monthly Market Surveys and analyses to provide insights that drive our strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in compiling and analyzing data for monthly Market Surveys, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Support the development and execution of innovative advertising and marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence.
• Manage daily updates of our online marketing platforms, including Craigslist and other relevant sites, to ensure our listings are appealing and current.
• Foster and promote positive relationships between residents and management, acting as a liaison to address concerns and feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new marketing ideas and improve existing strategies.
