Your primary responsibility will be to promote our properties, attract prospective residents, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively market available properties to potential tenants through various channels, including social media, online listings, and community outreach.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing amenities and features to prospective residents and addressing their inquiries.
• Assist in the leasing process, including preparing leases and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain positive relationships with current residents and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance occupancy rates.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends and competitor offerings to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
