Your primary goal will be to enhance the leasing process through exceptional customer service while fostering strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Operations: Proactively engage with potential tenants, provide property tours, and assist with the application process to maximize occupancy levels.
• Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to effectively promote our available properties and highlight their unique features.
• Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all prospective and current residents.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust marketing strategies and maintain competitive leasing rates.
• Administrative Duties: Assist with lease documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or property management is preferred.
