• Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents and engage in community activities to promote a vibrant living environment.
• Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about competitors and industry trends, adjusting marketing efforts accordingly.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, follow up with leads, and assist in managing the leasing office’s administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
