This individual will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential tenants, as well as coordinating lease renewals and resident events. The Leasing & Marketing Professional will work closely with the property management team to ensure the property is at full occupancy and continuously look for opportunities to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leasing and marketing, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming and inviting living environment for residents.
