Job description: The Marketing and Leasing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community’s marketing and leasing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue. This role involves creating and implementing marketing plans to attract new residents, as well as developing strategies to retain existing ones through renewal programs. The Coordinator also ensures adherence to the community’s policies regarding concessions and pricing to maintain profitability. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen understanding of the real estate market and trends. Success in this role is measured by achieving and maintaining target occupancy levels and revenue goals.
