• Marketing Efforts: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the property. Utilize social media, online listings, and community events to engage potential residents.

• Property Preparation: Conduct regular property walks to assess condition and make necessary adjustments for optimal presentation. Ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records related to leasing activities and marketing efforts. Collaborate with the team to track objectives and goals.

• Community Engagement: Build relationships within the community to enhance visibility and foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents and prospective tenants.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in real estate, property management, or marketing preferred.
