Job Description: Marketing and Leasing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Leasing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our community’s success. This position is responsible for coordinating our marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals aimed at sustaining high occupancy rates and enhancing sales results.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to create effective leasing strategies that attract prospective residents and encourage lease renewals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our marketing efforts.
• Utilize various marketing channels (digital, social media, print, etc.) to promote community offerings and engage potential residents.
• Monitor and report on occupancy and sales performance, making recommendations for adjustments to strategy as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with both current and prospective tenants, ensuring a positive community experience that drives renewals and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, leasing, or property management, preferably in a residential setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• A passion for community engagement and a commitment to enhancing the resident experience.
