Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse environment and a proven track record of effectively managing a team.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise warehouse staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
– Oversee receiving and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
– Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report any discrepancies
– Train new warehouse employees on proper procedures and safety protocols
– Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space at all times
– Communicate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
– Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
