Are you a customer service-oriented individual looking to start your career in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order management
– Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
