Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in all daily activities. This includes assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, coordinating and creating marketing materials, and assisting with social media and digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
– Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies
– Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items
– Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for various platforms
– Help organize and execute marketing events, promotions, and campaigns
– Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
– Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
