They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and implement experiments to achieve scalable and sustainable growth. They will support the service delivery and corporate marketing efforts in terms of campaign execution, coordinating, developing, and reporting.As a product marketer, they will track and optimize the funnel as LifeLabs drives traffic on-site into conversion portals. The candidate will analyze the competitive market and assist in developing content to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns. They can form strong working relationships and thrive in an agile working environment. The candidate is results-obsessed and comfortable working with all levels of the organization. They are experienced with challenging the status quo, engaging in constructive debate, and dealing with complex issuesThis is a Temporary Full Time Maternity cover role (15months) and can be based either at Ontario or British Columbia.Core Accountabilities

  • Take a lead role in devising growth strategies for our service. Utilize market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform and refine strategies for increased market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Take a proactive approach in devising strategies to promote the service. Explore various channels, both digital and offline, to reach our target audience effectively.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with external companies that align with our target market and have the potential for mutual growth. Identify opportunities for joint promotions, cross-promotions, or bundling our product with complementary offerings.
  • Identify ways to increase the value of our service by exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Develop strategies to maximize revenue by promoting additional product lines or services that complement our offering.
  • Develop content based for the service, in collaboration with Product Managers and team leads. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of product marketing materials, content planning, trade show/event materials, slide presentations, etc.
  • Campaign reporting and analysis, highlighting successes and recommendations for future considerations. Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing effectiveness, including CPM, CPC, ROAS, and conversion metrics through data-driven analysis. Monitor digital performance and KPIs on a regular cadence to ensure we continually achieve and exceed targets while maintaining a positive return on our investment.
  • Develop marketing plans within budget requirements. Manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • University Undergraduate degree is required
  • Post-graduate diploma in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a sales & marketing role, product management
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Digital marketing role managing both search and social preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Proficiency and hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Data Studio, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager etc
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Experience planning, developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of digital marketing channel best practices
  • Keep up to date with market and competitive trends and develop new content for campaigns to test and optimize performance
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing, product managers and other cross-functional teams
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Assist in pulling metrics and creating reports
