Limelight Software is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Growth Marketer to join our growing team. An experienced growth marketer to help us design, implement, and scale a high-impact marketing strategy at Limelight. This is a rare opportunity to help define and execute core company growth strategies and build drivers for consistent growth patterns. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand-generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand generation efforts with overall marketing and sales objectives.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
- Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms; Google Ads, Linkedin ads, Facebook and third-party marketplaces
Data-Driven Approach:
- Utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry best practices.
Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
- Implement effective lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for conversion to sales-qualified leads (SQLSs)
- Highly experienced with HubSpot to execute on lead nurture campaigns
Content Development:
- Work closely with the content team to develop compelling and targeted content for different stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Ensure content aligns with the overall demand generation strategy.
Sales Enablement:
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, materials, and insights to effectively engage with leads and close opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- HubSpot Experience: proficient in HubSpot to administer, lead nurture, – set up workflows, email campaigns, blog posts, and automation
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in demand generation or related marketing roles, preferably in the software or technology industry. * Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Lead Conversion: Demonstrated success in driving traffic and converting leads to sales opportunities that result in closed deals.
- Multi-Channel Expertise: Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and content marketing.
- Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Description:
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence and live chat. You will be knowledgeable about our products and services, and be able to assist customers with any queries or issues they may have. Additionally, you will be skilled in problem-solving and be able to effectively communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders or resolve issues
– Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
