Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in streamlining our listing process and enhancing our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listing Management: Complete all necessary real estate listing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • MLS Coordination: Create and manage new MLS listings to ensure maximum visibility for our properties.
  • Social Media Marketing: Post listings to various social media platforms to engage potential buyers and increase brand awareness.
  • Marketing Plan Implementation: Aid in the development and execution of effective marketing strategies to promote listings.
  • CRM Utilization: Use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies to maintain organized records and track leads.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid real estate license.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
