In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our outreach and visibility in the community, ensuring effective communication and engagement with potential borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Work with the Division Manager and Loan Officers to strategize and implement local marketing campaigns that effectively promote our loan products and services.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure that all marketing initiatives prioritize the needs and experiences of our borrowers. Facilitate a seamless process for borrowers to access information and support throughout their loan journey.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and newsletters that resonate with our target audience.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify local market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to enhance marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Coordinate efforts between various teams, including sales and customer service, to create a unified approach to borrower engagement and satisfaction.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role, preferably in the financial or lending sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
