Job Title: Secondary Marketing Pricing and Rate Lock Policies and Procedures Manual Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to develop and implement the Secondary Marketing Pricing and Rate Lock Policies and Procedures Manual. This role is critical in ensuring our pricing strategies and rate lock processes are effectively documented and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manual Development: Create a comprehensive manual detailing the pricing and rate lock policies, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Policy Analysis: Review current pricing and rate lock practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, compliance, and marketing teams to gather input and ensure all relevant policies are accurately reflected in the manual.

Documentation: Prepare clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that outlines procedures for rate locking and pricing adjustments.

Training & Implementation: Assist in the training of team members on the new policies and ensure successful implementation across departments.

Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on regulatory changes and market trends to ensure that our pricing and rate lock policies remain compliant and competitive.

Feedback & Revision: Establish a system for receiving feedback on the manual and make revisions as necessary to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in secondary marketing, pricing strategies, or similar roles in the financial sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with mortgage lending practices and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
Deadline: The completed manual must be delivered at least fifteen days prior to the closing date to ensure adequate time for review and implementation.
