This job involves providing support to Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) by ensuring that all loan files are processed accurately and in a timely manner, all compliance requirements are met, and all compliance related items are addressed. The role also includes handling marketing efforts by assisting MLOs with referral management, creating and maintaining customer databases, and designing marketing collateral materials. Additionally, the position involves assisting MLOs with other requested work-related tasks as needed. Candidates for this role should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in the mortgage industry and knowledge of marketing principles are preferred qualifications.
