Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize our advanced AI-driven Roadmap to Home Ownership to provide personalized support and guidance to clients, ensuring they feel empowered throughout their home-buying journey.
• Collaborate with the TAG TEAM NATION Marketing Machine to create and implement effective digital strategies that promote our services and engage potential users.
• Work closely with Virtual Assistants to streamline processes, ensuring timely follow-up and seamless communication with clients.
• Educate clients about the benefits of our platform and the resources available, including company-discounted licensing renewals and continuing education opportunities.
• Analyze user feedback and interaction data to continually improve the digital experience and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or customer experience roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in customer service and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for helping others.
