Position Summary:
As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer interaction with the Roadmap to Home Ownership. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize our cutting-edge technology and resources to facilitate seamless engagement and provide valuable insights to our users. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Machine and Virtual Assistants to optimize outreach and ensure a holistic support experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the proprietary digital platform to guide clients through the home ownership process.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for outreach and community engagement.
• Provide training and support for Virtual Assistants to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the digital experience.
• Assist clients with company-discounted licensing renewals and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing, customer support, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in consumer services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
